KIMBERLY BANES – LEGAL ASSISTANT
Kim has worked as a legal secretary and legal assistant since graduating from Heald Business College in 1982. For six of those years she handled litigation, first with a Marysville firm and then in Sacramento. She has worked for John Guth since 1989, primarily as a legal assistant in the preparation of Estate Plans.
